HELVETIA "depht gauge" automatic, rare professional underwater watch, equipped with a mechanical depth gauge in the calibrated glass up to a depth of 100 meters. Automatic movement with large diameter steel case, with bidirectional rotating external ring nut, graduated for decompression times. Original dial turned brown, with indices and light tritium balls. Interesting collection clock, completely revised and of remarkable rarity.
Case: three-body steel with two-directional rotating aluminum outer ring, graduated for decompression times. Fully legible punctuated backing: "all stainless steel - selfwinding - waterproof - reference 8683 and serial number. The case is in original storage conditions and has not been polished or restored, the general conditions are excellent, with sharp edges borehole or relevant marks. Case dimensions: 38 mm crown excluding (39 mm ring width) x 47 mm from handle to handle;
Age: presumably 70s.
Dial: original, with charming brown floss, with light tritium indices with 3 - 6 - 9 - 12 at cardinal points. Internal rehaut with depth indication up to 100 meters. Graphics printed in white, at 12 o'clock: Helvetia logo and writing, at 6 o'clock: automatic, and T Swiss made T. Skeleton type steel spheres, treated with tritium, center of seconds of seconds with lolly pop.
Movement: automatic, perfectly working. The watch is sold with 12 months warranty on proper operation;
Strap: The watch comes complete with a gorgeous vintage strap in a dark brown storage bag, pig skin, lined with a generic buckle of the time;
Glass: Sub type, original in plexy, features the internal column connected to the valve at 3 o'clock, for measuring the depth reached. The glass is original and is in good condition. It has only a dent between 3pm and 4pm, which does not affect the depth column and therefore does not affect its functionality. Find a picture of the detail in the gallery;
