( SOLD IN ITALY ) OMEGA rare table timer chronograph - wooden base - complete with original case

OMEGA rare and beautiful table chronograph, with manual winding mechanical movement and wooden base, has a diameter of about 12 cm and a total height of about 19 cm. The watch consists of a wooden base, with steel Omega writing applied to the base. The chronograph has a nickel-plated metal case approximately 12 cm in diameter, in three parts fixed with 4 screws (2 at 3 and 2 at 9). Original dial, silvery / white color with a splendid and uniform patina of time, with graphics printed in black. The chronograph measures minutes and seconds, with the two coaxial hands and has a double concentric scale, the central one at 60 minutes and the external one at 60 seconds. At 12 o'clock we find the Omega logo and writing. The chronograph functions are carried out by two large pump buttons, the one at 12 o'clock with start and stop function (which also allows the timing to be restarted after the stop), while the button at 1 o'clock has a reset function. The reset button has a removable safety cap that should only be pulled out before resetting, in order to avoid erroneous resets. The watch is proposed in the original state of conservation which is more than excellent and is complete with a protective briefcase case, with leather handle, this case has the Cronometrage Omega writings on the outside, while internally it has the shapes that allow the chronograph to be housed without that this can move while on the move.

Period: presumably the 1950s / 1960s;

Conservation conditions: the watch is in a more than excellent state of conservation, the sides of the case show partial nickel plating at 3 and 9 o'clock, due to the fact that the chronograph has been used by a timekeeper for years, and to use it it was placed on the table and tightened with the hands to be faster and more precise in operating the buttons during timing. The watch has not undergone restorations and is proposed in its original state of conservation and is complete with a protective briefcase case, with leather handle;
