PERSEO rare and particular pocket watch from the 1940s, made for the Italian State Railways, with assignment serial number on the outer caseback (unlike the many Perseus that are normally found on the market characterized by the FS effigy affixed to the authorization of the Italian Railways in as a historical supplier of the same, this specimen was actually ordered and purchased by the Italian Railways and delivered with all the equipment to a station manager or a train leader, a characteristic of these watches is the presence of the assignment serial number. equipment remained the property of the Railways and had to be returned when service was terminated as an employee).

The watch, original in every part, is characterized by a white porcelain dial with Roman numeral indexes, black graphics and Railway-type sword spheres, in burnished steel and small seconds at 6 o'clock. Double hinged nickel-plated metal case. The external caseback has the "FS" engraving of the Italian State Railways and the assignment serial number 82533. The watch is accompanied by a vintage solid silver chain, approximately 30cm long.

Internally we find the assignment numbers 82533 repeated in the internal caseback and in the second internal case. Case diameter: 52 mm ( net - crown escluded );

Dial: original in white porcelain, black enamelled Roman numerals. Railway-type sword balls in burnished steel, with small seconds. The dial is perfect and has no faults, restorations or felings;
