ARSA CHRONOMETRE, interesting pocket watch with double case with 18k yellow gold ribbed hinges. Original silver dial with Breguet-type Arabic numeral hour markers and black printed graphics, burnished steel spheres with small seconds at 6 o'clock. Refined manual-winding mechanical movement with separate bridges with chronometer certification. Original watch in every part, working, the case has dents that are not particularly significant but visible and assessable through the attached photographs.
Age: presumably datable to the early 1900s;
Case: 18k yellow gold double hinged case. The external caseback has an elegant white and yellow ribbed finish, internally we find the head of Minerva to distinguish the 18k gold cases of Swiss production, cashier's punch, 18k gold title - serial numbers. The second internal case back features the symbols of the watchmaking Grand Prix, the indication of the 15-jewel movement, ancre levees visibles. Case dimensions: net diameter 48 mm (excluding crown). The case has never been restored, however it has various non-deep dents, due to its use on the case back and on the case band;
