BULOVA LUNAR PILOT reference 96A299 - commemorative watch: on August 2, 1971, the Apollo 15 Space Mission made history and with it also the Bulova Lunar Pilot chronograph. A timepiece customized by Bulova to face the conditions of lunar space and it did its job by providing the mission team with the exact passage of time, thus ensuring that no one ran out of oxygen, water or battery power in the portable backpack of the life support system. The watch was also used as a backup for the on-board timers in the critical phase of reentry into the Earth's atmosphere.

Men's chronograph, with waterproof steel case, tested to a depth of 50m, 43mm net diameter, with original crown with Bulova logo. Screw-down case back with Bulova logo, references and serial number and commemorative engravings of the Apollo 15 space mission that began on July 26 and ended on August 7, 1971. Black dial with applied bar indexes and luminous bar hands, white printed graphics. Quartz Bulova caliber 262 kHz Precisionist perfect working.  Watch in near-new condition, with Bulova warranty dated January 31, 2025, only a few micro-marks due to short use, offered for sale with the following accessories:

- original steel bracelet, complete with all links in like-new condition;

- Bulova international warranty from official Italian dealer "Zoffoli A - Cesena" dated 01/31/2025 and valid until 01/30/2027;

- Bulova booklets, box and box cover;

Case: waterproof steel, tested to a depth of 50 meters, in two parts with screw-down case back. Original crown with Bulova logo. Exceptional conditions of conservation, close to new, only some micro signs due to short use;
