( SOLD IN ITALY ) HAMILTON rare "REVERSO" model from the 1940s with yellow gold laminated case, very good condition with beautiful original box

HAMILTON "Reverso" rare reversible wristwatch, with 14k yellow gold laminated case produced in the 40s in a few examples, the case tilting system is identical to the well-known Reverso Jaeger Le Coultre, as is the shape and size of the case . Reversible rectangular case, the back has a dedication, three initials "LFM". Original dial with yellow gold Arabic numeral indexes, yellow gold leaf spheres and small seconds at 6. Original hand-wound mechanical movement and Hamilton marked. The watch is proposed in the original state of conservation, the lamination shows small lacks visible in the photographs, the general storage conditions are excellent, with the following kit:

- rare and beautiful original Hamilton box, with relief work;

- Generic black lizard strap, new and of modern production;

- guarantee of originality and correct functioning issued by our shop.

Notes: unofficial sources tell that Hamilton put this identical model to Jaeger Le Coultre into production without having authorization, and production ceased when Jaeger won the lawsuit that sanctioned the exclusive exploitation of the patent).

Case: "reversible" rectangular case, 14k yellow gold laminated, identical in shape and size to the Reverso Jaeger Le Coultre, the back has a dedication, three initials "LFM" while internally we find the following engravings: U.S. PAT. 1.930.416 - Hamilton Watch C ° - Lancaster PA - 14K gold filled - S&W. Case dimensions: diameter 39 mm (excluding crown) x 25 mm (from handle to handle). The lamination shows small lacks visible in the photographs, the general storage conditions are excellent;

Dial: original, with yellow gold Arabic numeral indexes, yellow gold leaf spheres and small seconds at 6, graphics printed in black, with Hamilton writing at 12 o'clock and track minute track;

Mechanics: mechanical movement with manual winding, original and marked Hamilton;

Glass: rectangular in plastic;
