Splendid military-style automatic chronograph with waterproof steel case.Original screw-locked crown with fish, screw-locked caseback. Matt black dial with tritium-treated indexes and spheres and white graphics. Self-winding mechanical movement. Domed sapphire mineral glass. Full set watch, original in every part and in excellent general storage conditions, offered for sale with the following kit:

- IWC guarantee from a former official Italian dealer (Camillo Ricci - Forlì), dated August 2000;

– original IWC black box, complete with double original box cover;

– black crocodile leather strap, NEW and original, marked IWC with IWC steel buckle;

Case: two-part steel waterproof case with screw-down caseback. Original crown with screw-locked fish. The external caseback features the following writing: Der Flieger Chronograph - case number. Case dimensions: diameter 39 mm (excluding crown) x 48 mm (from lug to lug). The case is in excellent general condition, never polished or restored with normal signs of use;

Dial: original matt black colour, with Arabic numeral indexes and white printed graphics, tritium luminous cursors at 3-6-9-12, steel spheres with tritium luminous treatment. Double date window at 3 o'clock with day and date indication with quick release from the crown;

Mechanics: self-winding mechanical movement, IWC-based Valjoux 7750 caliber in perfect working order, as a watch and as a chronograph;
