LEMANIA rare couple of RATTRAPANTE chronographs (splitting - split second) produced for the "ITALIAN FEDERAZIONE TIMETRISTI - ROME", presumably produced between the 60s and the first half of the 70s, and sold with the rare original double case in black leather, personalized for the F.I.C.

Below is the detailed description of the two chronographs (please read carefully):

1) LEMANIA POCKET WATCH WITH INDICATION OF HOURS, MINUTES AND SECONDS, WITH RATTRAPANTE / SPLIT SECONDS CHRONOGRAPH. Double hinged case in rhodium-plated metal with a net diameter of 65mm with antimagnetic back and internal hinged dust cover. The outer caseback has the F.I.C. with serial number. Lemania chronograph caliber 1131 with splitting chronograph function (rattapante). White dial with light uniform patina, with printed Arabic numerals, burnished hands, with free seconds at 6 o'clock and 30-minute chronograph counter at 12 o'clock. Double central chronograph hand with splitting function (rattrapante). Watch in excellent general conditions of conservation, fully functional as a watch and as a chronograph.

Operation: time adjustment: by pressing the small button at 13 o'clock and turning the crown at 12 o'clock - operation of the split chronograph (rattrapante): by pressing the crown at 12 o'clock the two central chronograph hands (one black and one red) start remaining perfectly superimposed, by pressing the button at 11 o'clock the red sphere stops allowing the recording of an intermediate time, by pressing the button again at 11 o'clock, the red sphere realigns itself with the black one. Pressing the crown at 12 o'clock stops the chrono and when it is pressed again it resets.

Case: double case with double hinged caseback. Internal dustproof hinged caseback with magnetic field protection function. The outer caseback has the engraving: F.I.C. with serial number. The internal dust cover has the following engravings: "THIS WATCH CANNOT BE SOLD WITHOUT THE AUTHORIZATION OF F.I.C." - Case dimensions: net diameter 65 mm (excluding crowns). The case is in excellent general condition and in the original state of conservation as it has never undergone even minimal restorations;

Dial: original white color with very light and uniform patina, black printed indexes with Arabic numerals, burnished hands. Free seconds at 6 o'clock and 30-minute chronograph counter at 12 o'clock. Double central chronograph hand with splitting function (rattrapante) one black and one gold. Graphic printed in black, with subdivision to the tenth of a second, at 12 o'clock written Lemania, at 6 o'clock: written Swiss made. The dial is perfect original and free of defects;

Mechanics: split / rattrapante watch and chronograph. Lemania caliber 1131. Perfect functioning as a watch and as a chronograph;

2) LEMANIA CHRONOGRAPH RATTRAPANTE / SPLIT SECONDS to the tenth of a second. Double case in rhodium-plated metal with a net diameter of 65mm with antimagnetic caseback and internal dust cover, both snap-locked. Lemania 1210 chronograph caliber with splitting chronograph function (rattapante). White dial, with subdivision to the tenth of a second, scale from 1 to 30 seconds in black and scale from 31 to 60 seconds in red. Double central chronograph hand with splitting function (rattrapante). Watch in excellent general conditions of conservation, fully functional.

Case: double case with double snap closed caseback. The internal bottom acts as a dust cover and protection from magnetic fields. Case dimensions: net diameter 65 mm (excluding crowns). The case is in excellent general condition and in the original state of conservation as it has never undergone even minimal restorations;

Mechanics: Lemania caliber 1210. Perfect functioning as a watch and as a chronograph;
