LEMANIA rare waterproof single-button military chronograph, assigned to pilots of the English Air Force with rare assignment to the Air Ministry (A.M. 6B / 551), i.e. the English Air Force, in the 1950s, the same chronograph is more commonly found in the version with reference HS9, Hydro Service intended for pilots of the English Navy. The chronograph has a waterproof steel case with anti-reflective treatment, the chronograph functions are sorted with a single pump button with start, stop and reset functions. Screw-down caseback with the following external assignment references: broad arrow - A.M./6B/551 - 769/56. Silvery white dial, high visibility, as required for military use, printed indexes with Arabic numerals surmounted by luminous dots, burnished steel spheres with partial luminous treatment. Hand-wound mechanical movement, Lemania 2220 caliber with 17 rubies, with column wheel, marked Lemania Watch C ° on the bridge and numbered. Original watch in every part, in more than excellent general storage conditions, fully functional as a watch and as a chronograph, sold with a natural-colored handcrafted leather strap with generic steel buckle.
