LONGINES Ultra-Chron diver, reference 8221 professional diver from the 70s. Large diameter tonneau-shaped steel case with original Longines branded double crowns, screw-down case back with external serial number and regular internal punches. Original dial in splendid condition, matt black with orange ring, tritium-treated steel applied indexes, steel (hours) and orange (minutes) stick spheres with central seconds, white printed graphics and internal ring graduated for times decompression, the rotation of which takes place via the crown at 2 o'clock. Self-winding mechanical movement, Longines 431 caliber. Original mineral glass with superficial marks, steel bracelet with Longines logo on the box. Watch in excellent condition, never polished and completely original, equipped with:

- extract from the Longines archive showing the correspondence between reference, caliber and serial number;

- guarantee certificate from our shop with generic box from our shop;

Period: the Longines archive extract reports that it was invoiced to Binda, agent for Italy on November 2, 1970;

Case: in two parts in steel, with bidirectional rotating internal ring graduated for decompression times activated by the crown at 2 o'clock. Both crowns are original with the Longines logo. Screw-down case back, externally it has the following inscriptions: stainless steel and serial number. Internally: Longines logo and writing - Fab-Suisse - Swiss made - reference 8221 - super compressor - indication of the patents - 8/68 - 431. Case dimensions: 43 mm (excluding crown) x 44 mm (from handle to handle). Watch never polished or restored, offered in its original state of conservation, the serial number engraved on the external case back is still clearly legible;

Dial: matt black, with graphics and open minute track printed in white, tritium-treated steel applied indexes, tritium-treated steel bar spheres for hours and minutes, that of minutes painted in orange. Rotating internal bezel graduated for decompression times with orange colored ring. At 12, applied steel Longines logo, Longines Automatic writing. At 6 o'clock: Ultra-chron writing and "T - Swiss made - T". Date window between 4 and 5 o'clock;

Movement: automatic Longines 431 caliber with 17 jewels, perfectly functional;

Glass: mineral with some surface marks;

Bracelet: in steel, with Longines logo on the box, also suitable for generous wrists;
