Watch LONGINES WEEMS, rare collectible watch, of military use protected in the U.S.A. on Longines license in 1941. Gold metal case, swivel external ring with patented locking system, with a special crown at 2 o'clock. Original two-tone dial. Longines Caliber 10L. Rare clock perfectly working and in excellent general conditions of conservation.

Age: produced in 1941;

Case: in gilded metal, with external rotating ring, graduated in sixtieths, equipped with a security lock provided by a post at 2 o'clock. Snap-in gold-plated metal caseback, the caseback features the following internal engraving: cased and timed in U.S.A. by Longines - 10k gold filled - and serial number. The general conditions of the case are excellent and the gilding is intact and well preserved. Double crowns for setting the time and charging and for locking / unlocking the outer ring. Case dimensions: net diameter 27.5 mm (excluding crown) x 34 mm (from handle to handle);

Dial: two-tone original, graphic printed in black, at 12 o'clock written Longines faded but still legible. Applied indexes in yellow gold with Arabic numerals and spheres in gold leaf;

Movement: mechanical with manual winding, Longines caliber 10L, regularly marked, the movement number traces the construction of the watch back to 1941. Perfectly functional watch.
