Movado "big calatrava" rare men's watch from the 1940s, with oversized steel case (36mm excluding crown), splendid original two-tone dial, with small seconds at 6, luminous Arabic numerals and original hands in burnished steel with treatment light. Original crown. Hand-wound mechanical movement, Movado 75 caliber, completely original and in perfect working order. Original watch in every part, in more than excellent general storage conditions, Movado marked on the dial, case and mechanics, sold with a guarantee of originality and correct functioning issued by our shop.

Period: presumably the 1940s;

Case: in steel in three parts with flat smooth bezel and snap-in caseback. The caseback has the following hallmarks internally: antique Movado logo (hand with watch) - stainless steel - INAL - Fabrication Suisse - reference 12747 and serial number 0075919. Original unmarked crown. Case dimensions: net diameter 36 mm (excluding crown) x 42.5 mm (from handle to handle). The general condition of the case is excellent;

Dial: original, two-tone, with splendid patina, luminous Arabic numerals and original hands in burnished steel with luminous treatment, with small seconds at 6. The material used for the treatment of the indexes and hands is original and has not been replaced . Graphic printed in black, at 12 o'clock: Movado written. At 6: Swiss made

Mechanics: splendid mechanical movement with manual winding Movado 75 caliber, with 15 rubies, with 18000 vibrations / hour and 43 hours of power reserve, regularly punched and fully functional;
