Rare OMEGA case made of pig skin, with interior in velvet and dark satin. Marked OMEGA both externally and internally. The box is particularly suitable for chronographs from the 1940s / 1950s with a leather strap with Omega Caliber 33.3 or Omega Caliber 27 CHRO. Exceptional general conditions of conservation, the box has never contained watches;
