PERSEO pocket watch assigned to the Italian FS in 1987 with assignment serial number - exceptional condition with original box

PERSEO rare and particular pocket watch from the 80s, made for the Italian State Railways, with assignment serial number on the external case back (unlike the many Perseos that are normally found on the market characterized by the FS effigy affixed with the authorization of the Italian Railways as a historic supplier of the same, this example was actually ordered and purchased by the Italian Railways and delivered with all the equipment to a station master or a train master, characteristic of these watches is the presence of the assignment serial number. These watches, like all the equipment, remained the property of the Railways and had to be returned when the service as an employee was interrupted).

The watch, original in every part, is characterized by a white porcelain dial with Roman numeral indexes, black graphics and "Pointer" sword-shaped spheres of the Railway type, in burnished steel and small seconds at 6 o'clock. Double in three parts in nickel-plated metal with snap closure. The outer case back features the "FS" engraving of the Italian State Railways and the assignment number 202132. The watch is accompanied by a blue plastic Perseo box
