PHILIP WATCH "CARIBBEAN 2000" reference 488, professional diver, originally tested at a depth of 1000m (100 ATM), with huge monobloc steel case with 50mm net diameter. Original crown with Philip Watch Caribbean logo, screwed. Original mineral glass. Bidirectional rotating external ring nut graduated for decompression times, in orange bakelite. Orange iridescent dial with rare tritium buckle hour markers. Graphic printed in black with date window at 3 o'clock. Watch equipped with Tropic Sport strap, 22mm handle, bluette color, original from the period and in stock condition, complete with rare original Tropic steel buckle. Watch in really excellent general condition, the engravings on the case back are all perfectly legible and exceptionally preserved. Perfectly functional and professionally overhauled by our laboratory.

Period: late 60s;

Case: monobloc in steel with flying saucer, external bidirectional rotating bezel graduated for decompression times, in orange bakelite, unidirectional rotating, with slight dent at 40, the corresponding baketite insert is perfect and absolutely free of marks . Original crown with Philip Watch Caribbean logo, screwed. The incisions on the case back are all intact, perfectly legible and exceptionally preserved. Case dimensions: diameter 50 mm (without crown);

Dial: original and in exceptional conservation conditions, iridescent orange with rare tritium buckle hour markers. Black arrow spheres with tritium treatment, central second spheres with lolly pop. Graphic printed in black, at 12 o'clock: Philip Watch Caribbean logo and writing. At 6: 2000 - T Swiss made T. At 3 o'clock date window with quick return from the crown;

Movement: mechanical with automatic winding, fully functional and professionally overhauled by our laboratory;

Glass: original, flat mineral, it has some irrelevant external signs (the slight signs you notice are on the glass, in the dial it is perfect;

Strap: 22mm Tropic Sport strap, bluette color, original from the period and in stock condition, complete with rare original Tropic buckle in Swiss Pat steel;
