ROLEX SUBMARINER rare transitional reference 16800 / 168000, complete with box and original guarantee from the official Italian dealer (Paola Calosci - Florence) from 1987. Interesting and rare transitional model with reference 16800, but with reference 168000 engraved between the lugs. Professional diving watch, originally tested at 300m depth (1000 feet), with waterproof steel case, with screw-locked crown and caseback. Matt black dial with starting brown tone, tritium-treated indexes, with a splendid natural cream tone. Oyster bracelet reference 93150 with wetsuit extension and safety clasp and 593 ends. Sapphire mineral glass. Rolex caliber 3135 in perfect working order. Used watch in excellent general storage conditions, offered for sale with the following kit:

– perforated Rolex guarantee, stamped by the official Italian Rolex dealer (Paola Calosci - Florence), dated January 1987. Plastic guarantee holder with sticker showing reference and case number. COSC booklet;

– Rolex box reference 67.00.03, missing internal watch holder;

– warranty and correct functioning certificate, issued by our shop;

Case: waterproof steel in three bodies, with unidirectional rotating external bezel for calculating decompression times, screw-locked caseback, regularly punched with serial number and reference 168000 between the lugs and regular punches on the internal side of the caseback. Case dimensions: diameter 40mm (excluding crown and shoulders) x 47mm (from handle to handle);

Dial: original matt black color with the beginning of a brownish tone, graphics printed in white with open minute track. Indexes and spheres treated with tritium, with a nice cream tone. At 12 o'clock Rolex Oyster Perpetual logo and writing, at 6 o'clock: Submariner 1000ft=300m – superlative chronometer officially certified - SWISS – T minor 25;

Movement: automatic Rolex caliber 3135, in perfect working order;
