SANDOZ "AQUAPLANE - DAY-DATE" waterproof reference 751Y/89/8. Men's watch with oversized round-shaped tropicalized steel case with particular twisted lugs, produced in the 1960s. Two-part steel case, with screw-down caseback. Original black dial, with double applied steel indexes, alpha-type steel spheres, white printed graphics, date window at 3 o'clock and day of the week window at 6 o'clock. Self-winding mechanical movement. Watch in excellent general storage conditions, offered for sale with the following kit:

– new generic strap in black leather, with generic steel buckle;

– guarantee of originality and correct functioning, issued by our shop;

Period: presumably the 1960s;

Dial: original black color with DAY-DATE indication (day and date), with double applied steel indexes, alpha-type steel spheres, date window at 3 o'clock and day of the week window at 6 o'clock. Graphics printed in white , at 12: Sandoz logo and writing. At 6 o'clock: 25 jewels - automatic - Swiss made;

Case: in 2 parts in tropicalized steel (it is probably a special steel with greater resistance to corrosion), round in shape with particular curved lugs. The external case back has the following engravings: Sandoz logo and writing - Aquaplane - tropicalized stainless steel - Swiss made - guaranteed 10 ATM - reference 751y/89/9 - waterproof incabloc. Case dimensions: 36.5 mm (excluding crown) x 40 mm (from lug to lug). Watch in excellent storage conditions;
