ZENITH CHRONOMETER TYPE CP- 2 "CAIRELLI ROMA", military-type chronograph, unassigned version of the well-known chronograph used by A.M.I (Italian Air Force) in the 1960s. Clamshell-type steel case, in steel, with bidirectional rotating external bezel with 60 subdivision, original crown with Zenith logo and screw-down caseback with engravings "conometer type CP-2" - "A. CAIRELLI - ROMA". Original matt black dial, with white graphics, free seconds dial and 30-minute counter, original polished steel hands, skeletonized with luminous treatment. Hand-wound mechanical movement, Zenith caliber 146DP. Watch in exceptional general conditions of conservation, original in every part, fully functional as a watch and as a chronograph, complete with handcrafted antique leather strap, Zenith period box with box cover.

Age: produced in the 1960s;

Case: waterproof in Clamshell type steel, in steel, with bi-directional rotating external ring nut with 60 subdivision, original crown with Zenith logo and screw-down caseback engraved with "conometer type CP-2" - "A. CAIRELLI - ROMA". Case dimensions: diameter 43 mm (excluding crown) x 51 mm (from handle to handle). The case is in more than excellent conservation conditions, never restored or retouched, proposed in the original state of conservation;

Dial: original matt black, with white graphics, free seconds dial and 30-minute counter, original polished steel hands, skeletonized with luminous treatment. White graphics, at 12 o'clock: Zenith logo and writing. At 6: A. Cairelli - Rome, Swiss made;

Movement: mechanical with manual winding Zenith caliber 146DP, fully functional as a watch and as a chronograph;

Glass: in convex plastic;

Strap: handcrafted antique leather strap;
